Our policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Buyer’s full name, address, contact number and email address must be included with the returned items to enable the Seller to process the return. The Buyer must include details of the reason(s) for the return and whether a replacement or refund is required.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The Buyer will make all necessary arrangements for the return of the Goods to the Seller including the cost of carriage. The Seller recommends using an insured, tracked delivery service as The Buyer will be liable for the cost of the goods if lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
